Delete your FlyTime account or data
You can request permanent deletion of your FlyTime Logbook account and associated pilot data, or delete selected records while keeping your account active.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject “FlyTime account deletion request.”
- Send the request from the email linked to your FlyTime account. If you signed in with Apple or Google, state which provider you used.
- We will verify account ownership before deletion and confirm when the request is complete.
Do not send your password, Apple or Google password, airline password, or MFA code. FlyTime support will never ask for them.
Delete selected data without deleting your account
You can delete individual logbook records in the app where a delete control is available. For other supported records:
- Email [email protected] with the subject “FlyTime data deletion request.”
- Send the request from the email linked to your FlyTime account and identify the records or date range you want deleted.
- State that you want to keep your FlyTime account active. We will verify ownership and confirm which records can be deleted.
A verified request may cover selected logbook entries, schedules, roster imports, review drafts, OOOI captures and attachments, qualifications, credentials, saved groups, reports, or exports. Records that must be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or encrypted backup rotation follow the limited-retention terms below.
Data deleted
A verified account-deletion request covers:
- Your FlyTime user account, identities, and active sessions.
- Profile, preferences, qualification, and credential records.
- Logbook entries, schedules, roster imports, and review drafts.
- OOOI captures, submitted attachments, and extracted data.
- Saved groups, generated reports, exports, and account audit data.
Timing and limited retention
We normally complete a verified request within 30 days. Limited data may remain temporarily where required by law, needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or present in encrypted backup rotation. Retained material is not used to operate an active FlyTime account and is removed when the applicable obligation or backup period ends.
